Base game information:

regeneration is 1 energy every 2 minutes and 1 food limit every 45 minutes
Gold is used to build companies, make law proposals, deal with players and more. Gold is gained with daily missions, battle pass, top damage in a round on either side, piggy, tournaments, trading with players.
Currency is earned by working and you use it for the market.
Eating food gives energy, Q1 food gives you 10 energy and each level provides 10 more until Q5 which gives 50 energy.

Everyday tasks

This strategy game has some daily tasks you will have to do in order to achieve your goals. 

Work: this will give money to spend on items from the market.

Train: to become stronger and do more damage in battles.

Do Daily Missions: very important! These give gold every day: 0.4g per mission which means 3.2g a day! And they give progression for BattlePass which also gives free items and money. 

Fight: more fighting faster XP progression means level-up which gives 1g and also fighting gives a chance at Round Hero medal - top damage in a round on either side.
In the picture below I marked how you can access these actions, there are 2 ways for all of these actions except for Missions. I marked them in matching colors.

How to do Daily Missions? 

There are different types of missions from using your energy to participating in the market, let's go through some tips on how to finish them: 

Buy/Sell on the general market: The easiest way is to put 1 item on the market and buy it yourself. Also be careful not to put it for the lowest price so it doesn’t get stolen. By doing that you will complete either of the missions.

Buy/Sell on the currency market: in this case, buying from yourself is not possible  but it is possible to buy other currencies or your countries for very cheap like 0.01, when you have to “sell” you just need to put it on the market and the mission is done.

Use ground weapons: requires 1 Ground weapon for this, get it by either buying it on the market or producing it yourself.

Use Air weapon: similar to above only I would not recommend trying to produce it yourself

Use energy / Deal hits missions: basically what it says just need to fight in battles and these are possible without weapons.

Recover energy:   finish this mission by eating food,  you get some by the game at the start, and more you can buy on the market. 

Work as a manager:   For this, you need to own a company, if everything goes according to plan openning your own company is possible by Day 2 or 3 and also it's possible to work in it as a manager under My places -> Business -> Work as a manager tab and select company and work below on that page(this one is not shown on picture below).
