Eclesiar Laws

1. You are only allowed to have one Eclesiar account. Creating or administrating multiple accounts is prohibited and can result in a permanent ban.
  a. If you share an IP address or PC with another player, transactions between these accounts are prohibited.
  b. Accounts sharing an IP or PC must not engage in any form of mutual assistance or transactions, including working for each other and can't be referrals.
  c. It's only allowed to have 2 accounts on the shared IP or PC
  d. If you share a PC or IP address, accounts can't be in the same military unit.
  e. Account sitting is forbidden even for two-click.
  f. If you share IP with another player, you have to contact Moderator or support team about it or submit ticket on Discord server.

2. User-generated content which contains vulgarities, pornography, insults, flaming, spam and/or external advertising is disallowed.
  a. Content: Includes comments, articles, private messages, avatars, citizen names, company names, in-game chat, Military Unit names, Party Names, Newspaper Names, MU descriptions, MU recruitment and others.
  b. Spam: The following may be considered spam; any advertisement, repetition of a message, content that has no link whatsoever with the game, or content that has no purpose to be published through a certain communication method).
  c. Flaming: Any content which is not connected with the game and that disturbs one or a group of people (Holocausts, Real-life things, Questions from real life)
  d. Real-life law violations will be forwarded to proper security forces.
  e. The Admin has the discretion to approve non-game-related content, such as charitable messages. Please contact the Admin before publishing such content to avoid any issues.
  f. Procedure: When a user post a content that is forbidden, moderator will delete it right away and depending on the content itself, the moderator might warn / temporarily ban / permanently ban / mute the user which posted the content.

3. Using bots or automated software to play the game is strictly forbidden.
  a. The use of automated software or bots, including but not limited to auto-fighting scripts, mass messaging scripts, monetary market scripts, and marketplace scripts, will result in an immediate ban, either temporary or permanent, without prior warning.
  b. A User is allowed to use automated software to play the game ONLY if the software is approved by the administration

4. Exploiting bugs is forbidden and can result in a ban
  a. Exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage or to cause harm to other players will result in penalties ranging from a temporary ban to a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offense.
  b. Procedure when finding bugs is immediate report to moderating team or through a ticket and do not exploit it.

5. Exchanging, selling or buying any content of Eclesiar(accounts, gold, items, currencies, companies etc) that is traded between other games is forbidden and may result in a permanent ban (of all concerned accounts).
  a. This includes any trades involving real-life money, real-life objects, votes on other platforms, or content from other games
  b. Any content promoting or advertising a trade breaking this law will be deleted and the user might be temporarily banned.
  c. Each account is personal. The person who registered an account is not allowed to leave its ownership over to someone else at any time. (This includes account switching or some kind of “sitting” account).
  d. Logging into an account without the owner's permission is considered to be theft and the one responsible will get punished with a permanent ban.

6. Sharing your account information (password) with any other player is strictly forbidden.
  a. If you share your password and your account is stolen, the staff team will not recover the account, and it may be permanently banned.
  b. Account-sitting requires you to share your account information and is therefore forbidden. Each player is allowed to control one account. Controlling more than one account may lead to a temporary or permanent ban on all accounts controlled by the player.

7. Publishing personal information about any Eclesiar user without permission is forbidden.
  a. Personal information includes real names, addresses, pictures, email addresses, phone numbers, and any other details identified as personal by the moderation team.
  b. Breaking this law will result in a warning / temporary or permanent ban of the publisher.

8. Any type of abuse towards the administration team will be penalised.
  a. Insulting, threatening, or otherwise abusing the administration team or its members with false or frivolous issues will result in a permanent ban
  b. Impersonating in any kind of way, any member of the Staff, is strictly prohibited. Using a nickname almost identical to a Staff member is not allowed.
  c. Depending on the purpose/type of the abuse, citizens breaking this law can be banned temporarily or permanently.

9. The administration reserves the right to impose penalties, including permanent or temporary bans, gold fines, content deletion, warnings, or mutes, as deemed necessary.
  a. We reserve the right to use punishments (permanent ban, temporary ban, gold fine, deleting content, warning, mute) towards any user of the game.

10. Access to virtual goods purchased with real money may be restricted if a refund request is made. All purchases are non-refundable and considered consumables.

11. Access to the game is free; however, the administration reserves the right to schedule server downtime for technical reasons and bug fixes.

12. It is forbidden to convince people to click on adverts or external phishing sites.
  a. Soliciting or coercing other players to click on external links leading to advertisements or other external sites may result in a permanent ban.

13. The Eclesiar team does not take any responsibility for lost items, gold, currency, military units, holding companies etc. in the game that is lost.
  a. The Eclesiar team is not responsible for any lost items, gold, currency, military units, or companies due to scams, trades outside the game, phishing, or other issues.
  b. Admin won’t return gold to players who get scammed.

14. Violations of these rules may result in penalties including permanent or temporary bans, gold fines, content deletion, or warnings.

15. The administration reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.

16. Abuse of the referral system, such as inviting people who do not intend to play the game or paying individuals to reach level 10, is strictly prohibited.
