New item: Cutlass 5 gold
Item is avaliable in Grand Bazar. Item effect is +20% damage on water terrain. Duration: 1 hour.
The first consumable in the game that does nothing at all on land. For one hour it makes you meaningfully harder to hold off at sea.
Change to Depot production bonus
The production bonus now follows nationality, not territory, it applies to every company owned by a entity of the conquering country, wherever that company sits.
Storage Depot: new effect
Every level of a Resource Depot now also grants 2% off all Grand Bazaar items sold for gold, for every citizen of the country that owns the ship.

The discount stacks across every ship your country holds, to a ceiling of 60%, which is to say, the full fleet, fully built.
Production bonuses reward the country. The discount rewards the citizen, it lands in the pocket of every player carrying that nationality, whether or not they ever swung at the ship that earned it.
New cosmetics: Grand Bazaar
A fresh batch of cosmetics is in the Bazaar now.
And here is the part we'll say plainly rather than bury. Every gem purchase goes into promoting Eclesiar. Not into a war chest, not into an advantage someone buys over you, into getting the game in front of people who have never heard of it.
That matters more here than in most games. This one is built out of other players. Congress votes, market prices, alliances, the fight over these six ships, none of it exists without a population to generate it. A bigger playerbase is not a nice-to-have for us; it is the raw material the entire game is made of. Every new citizen is another vote, another competitor on someone's market, another rifle on someone's deck.
So if you were going to buy cosmetics, buy it now. You are not tipping the developers. You are buying the game more players, and more players is the one upgrade every single person reading this benefits from.
Why Poland and Brazil?
Brazil is where the campaign is running, so the pack is themed to match what new players are seeing in the ads. Poland is in because it is the other largest community we have.
That is the honest version: we are asking the two biggest populations in the game to help us reach the next one. Not because they owe anything, because they are the ones with the numbers to make it work.
