💰 How to Make Your Business Successful in Eclesiar

Starting a company is easy. Making it profitable is the real game.

Many new players make the same mistake: they open a factory because a product has a high selling price. But a high price doesn't automatically mean high profit.

1. Don't look at price alone

Before opening a company, check:

Selling price − production cost − taxes − worker cost = actual profit

A product selling for 5 Gold isn't necessarily better than one selling for 1 Gold if its production costs are also much higher.

2. Choose the market before choosing the factory

Don't think:

"I have enough Gold, so I'll open a Food company."

Think:

"Where is Food selling well, and can I produce it cheaply enough to make a profit?"

For example, if you discover that Q5 Food has strong demand in one country while Q4 Food has consistent demand in another, those markets could be worth investigating before investing your Gold.

The same principle applies to Oil, Titanium, Aircraft and Tickets.

3. Currency can fool you

A country's currency having a higher Gold value doesn't automatically make that country better for business.

Always convert your:

Revenue + costs + final profit → Gold

Then compare countries.

That's the only way to make a fair comparison.

4. Demand matters

A cheap product that sells quickly can sometimes be more useful than an expensive product that sits on the market.

From what players are currently seeing, Q5 Food has particularly strong demand, while Q4 Food can be an important market for middle-level players.

So before investing, check what players are actually buying—not just what sellers are asking.

5. Don't ignore taxes

Two countries can have the same selling price but completely different profitability because of taxes.

Check:

VAT

Import tax

Production taxes

Worker wages

Regional bonuses

Raw-material prices

A country with a lower selling price can still produce more profit if its costs are much lower.

6. Think like a businessman, not just a producer

Your goal isn't:

"Produce the most."

Your goal is:

"Turn my Gold into more Gold."

Before opening a company, ask:

How much Gold do I invest → how much does one production cycle cost → how much do I earn from selling it → how quickly can I sell it?

If you can answer those four questions, you're already thinking differently from a beginner.

India doesn't necessarily need to copy the biggest foreign businesses.

Indian players can build supply relationships between raw-material producers and final-product companies, allowing businesses to reduce their dependence on expensive foreign inputs and potentially make Indian products more competitive.

It's the one that understands its market better than its competitors.
