New players are joining from every country. This is a community-driven game, and the larger the community, the more fun it becomes for everyone.

We should welcome everyone.
To the countries that already have territory, good luck, and good strategy in guiding your new players.

To the countries with new players but no territory — not even their capital — I suggest returning the capital to them and giving them a chance to establish themselves.
