Nation Restoration for New Players

I would like to propose the restoration of occupied territories to their original country, subject to several conditions. The main goal is to give new players and existing communities a fair opportunity to rebuild their country, while still preserving war and occupation as important parts of the game.

Proposed Requirements:

• Community Support: A minimum percentage of active citizens in the territory must support its return to the original country.

• Community Consolidation: There must be a genuine effort from the community to organize and rebuild itself.

• Active Government: The receiving country must have an active government capable of managing the restored territory.

Additional Proposal

• As an additional condition, a temporary peace period could be established between the two countries after the restoration. The duration could be predetermined or agreed upon by both sides, giving the restored country time to stabilize, rebuild its economy, and strengthen its community before another conflict can take place.

The requirements could also be adjusted through an agreement between the country currently controlling the territory and the original country, depending on the circumstances and what both sides agree upon. Once the agreed requirements have been fulfilled, the restoration could be submitted to the administration for review.
