Daily Dollar - Day 744

UPDATES

Updated Currency market to exclude invisible market orders (amount of currency is too small to be traded)

Updated Currency market "Currency per 1 USD (buy)" to give a more accurate number of how money LC 1 USD will buy you. Some might say there was a bug in the calculation. This will also make the Weapon Prices sheet, and new Raw Material Sheet more accurate.

Added a raw material sheet to give raw material prices around the world, and their cost when converting from USD
