Call for a New Beginning, A look at Even Region Allocation
Introduction
Recently, an article called "A Call for a New Beginning" by Passionce was published.
In the article there was a list of 5 ideas, number 1 mentioned a fairer distribution of regions, and number 5 mentioned a capital for every country with 10 active players.
So what does a "fair distribution" actually look like? I ran some scenarios using active players, restoring capitals, and restoring capitals to only countries with 10+ active players.
What other ways can you guys think of doing regional distribution, other than just warring for whatever a country can grab?

There is nothing "fair" expanding beyond a nation's core territories. It is just an attempt to justify imperialism. Now we can argue this is primarily a war game and therefore might is right, but then shouldn't try to package it as something else.

That could be true, but it also could be a hard sell to countries that have already expanded beyond their border. Could be the difference between endless war, and reaching a compromise. I'm pretty insulated from international politics.
