There was supposed to be a declaration today, but unfortunately we will replace it with this quick informal article 


So since i have been elected again i will continue my American agenda, first to add the oppressed State of Argentina into the treaty

Recently our beloved member state Peru has been stolen by polish PTO, as a response Treaty of Medellin will occupy the City of Lima by the demand of the native Peruvian people.
