​What is healthcare in Eclesiar ?

Healthcare is a term used to refer for the energy bar of a country, energy bars are determined by the amount and levels of Hospitals a country have in addition of the base amount of energy every country started with which is 100.

Before i present the ranking (it won't be a professional presentation but the statistics are accurate and up to this date) I'd like to note few things

• Energy bars are capped to 600, so no hospital built afterwards will add up to that but it will be used as a reserve in case the other hospitals got damaged 
• Hospital effect both ruling and rightful owner of the X region, therefore some wiped countries has a decent energy bar due to its colonizer investing good in it's regions

Now without any further prolonging, here is the ranking of the healthcare, from best to worst

This is how the healthcare ranking looks almost a month after WW4 ended, we notice the following things

• Historically imperial countries like Slovenia, USA, and Sweden did rebuild themselves faster than others
• The WW4 effects on Ukraine, Lithuania, Russia, Iran, and Romania were catastrophic
• Croatia and Serbia not fighting in any serious war since WW2 and joining WW4 late made them avoid the destruction 

Some fun facts 

• Sweden were the first country in the game to reach the energy bar cap
• United States hold the high score of the highest energy har reservation of 890 energy point during WW4
• Croatia, Serbia, and Portugal each has 10 (Croatia has 11) Q5 hospitals, combined they represent approximately 45% of world's Q5 hospitals
