Today we welcome our newly joining Member, Portugal
We also sad to announce the dismiss of Brazil from this Group
Brazil historical attitude towards United States and Chile hasn't been forgotten by them, and that doesn't give us the vibes of good allies.
In other hands, Portugal is welcomed into the Alliance, we like Portugal solidarity and attitude which gives hints of a long term cooperation, in same time reviving the dead ancient relationship between Portugal and United States.
