What does healthcare mean ?

Healthcare as a term in eclesiar refers to the energy bar of X country and also the odds of receiving a med kit from leveling up

Some notes before i show you the ranking 

- Energy bar is capped to 600, any extra points is reservation

- Med kit drop chance is capped to 50%, any extra percentage is a reservation 

- i will only show the top 20 countries 

- ongoing wars has been disregarded from the ranking, so countries that gained a territory temporary is receiving the stats of that region here.

- it took me a good hour to make this ranking, so make sure to vote so more people see it :)
