Official Declaration of the Adriatic-Pannonian Pact (APP)
The nations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Hungary, and Slovenia hereby announce the foundation of the Adriatic-Pannonian Pact (APP).
Under the leadership of Supreme Commander Colon3Bruce, the APP is established with the following objectives:
To secure stability and peace in our region,
To defend and represent our common interests,
To promote unity and cooperation among member states.
The Adriatic-Pannonian Pact stands as a symbol of solidarity and determination. Together, we shall safeguard our lands, strengthen our communities, and ensure a future of security for all our members.

If epic and wet signed a nap and they disbanded , wouldn’t be a better option to announce this ally after the nap end ? ?

I think NAP handles countries like individual entities. So obsiously NAP is valid till it expires and it does not forbid forming new alliances.
