The gray holes in Central-Eastern and Eastern Europe in particular. Czech Rep, Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland. The surrounding countries are fairly active so it would be nice to fill up then that region.
Other than that ofc Africa is way too empty, so I would add Algeria, Morocco, maybe Tunisia too in that continent, and it would be nice to also have some more sub-saharan counties. Nigeria maybe?
