The Florida Times: Day 273

Hello and welcome to the first publication of "The Florida Times" newspaper! Based in Orlando, we post weekly/bi-weekly depending on current events within US and the World alike. If you have any advertisements or articles you'd like added, you can contact Hazyouthere.

The US has reduced their minimum wage to $12. This has citizens wondering if their jobs will lower wages to take advantage of profits. Some people are suggesting that the government give out about $20 in Rebates to active citizens. Although unlikely, this would give incentives for recently born citizens to wake up daily and keep currency in circulation that will make its way back to the government through taxes. Overall, the new wages have most citizens creating their own businesses to capitalize on the changing market. 

Due to the changing markets, businesses are beginning to flood not only their own Nation with goods, but foreign markets alike. This is creating a very competitive market which has prices dropping drastically to the point there is little to no profits. This can be good for consumers, but in the overall scheme of things it will only make economical devastation a possibility in the future. With that in mind, some Nations are creating temporary/permanent Trade Embargo's on Nations that are showing an influx of citizens selling abroad. 

It's widely known across the globe that some Nations are simply dead or sub-networking with another Nation whether that is behind closed doors or blatantly in the open. Even then, everyday there are citizens changing nationalities to either escape from certain locations due to changing life or hoping for better opportunities. Although many are looking for a brighter horizon, some Nations don't allow nationality changes in general, due to status/strength, or are afraid of espionage. There is no doubt that espionage is highly anticipated when a number of citizens decide to come abroad into any Nation. Especially after its been shown time and time again that as soon as a group is accepted, they try to overthrow the government or sabotage markets. Well its not always sabotage market-wise, its mostly greed to undercut everyone by 0.0001 and all we can do is watch the prices drop from 0.9 to 0.5 for example. In all, its a shame that this type of self centered activity ruins new and old citizens alike to be fruitful in money and availability to gain a new life.
