As stated below, 2 g per day feels like a minimum for a coffee drinker (which I earn currently), but I have to add that in the future it may slowly inflate due to mining. The location is rather unimportant, unless you want to contribute in taxes to your country.

I have an article coming soon on this topic, but overall you have to take taxes, economic skill, resources in company, and job opportunities that give you more than minimum wage into account. Its up to the government's to make minimum wage decent enough to make at least 1 gold...

Im paid 9pln (2.25g), with 23 Eco skill, im not willing to work for less than 2g with my eco skill, but for newer players its nearly impossible to earn that much money at start, you need to drink coffee in order to be taken seriously by employers.

The location is fairly irrelevant for the employee, generally speaking. You only need to be there to accept the initial offer, not to work. It's very relevant for the employer though obviously.
I feel the bare minimum for a qualified worker (old timer/coffee user) is 2g per day
