To all shareholders, collaborators, and the people of Mexico:

Grupo Bimbo has grown like never before. It has taken days, weeks, and months of effort and dedication to get to where we are today.

*1. 100% National Operation*

Currently, Grupo Bimbo is operating at 100% capacity within Mexican territory. Our main factories are working under normal conditions:

- Raw Material Factory

- Food Factory

- Weapons Factory

- And coming soon: Aircraft Factory

All of this has been possible thanks to working hand-in-hand with our shareholders, our factory employees, and the competent State authorities, with whom we have operated in an orderly manner throughout this national expansion over the last 6 months.

*2. Commitment to Our Shareholders*

We thank you for the trust of everyone who continues to acquire shares. To maintain that commitment, Grupo Bimbo has made *2,000 new shares* available this month, keeping the same value as always, without increasing the margin: *0.1 gold per share.*

*3. Future Vision*

Grupo Bimbo announces that in the remaining months of 2026, it will begin its expansion into a new market: the aeronautical industry, with the production of aircraft.

Likewise, an international expansion is currently under analysis. For now, we continue to operate nationally within Mexico; however, our plans do not rule out a forthcoming external expansion.
