This official communiqué serves to inform both the citizens of Mexico and the international community of the recent diplomatic, economic, and political developments within our nation.

Given the speculations circulating in the political circles and among the citizenry of the United States regarding the relationship between the Democratic Union and Mexico (including the Mexican military unit), we want to be clear: The Fénix Aegis desert unit was funded entirely by Mexican citizens. We have not received funds from foreign entities or from the American opposition. Every unit of gold invested is the result of our community's effort.

We also deny the rumor that the Democratic Union party provides us with weapons for revolts or that they have joined our military unit to conspire against their own government. Our decision to integrate American opposition players responds exclusively to a vision of shared growth. We provide support to these citizens, who are currently marginalized in their own nation, by sharing our farming methods and resource optimization with them.

A Reflection on the Identity of the United States

Currently, we see two opposing visions: an imperialist government that imposes itself on its neighbors, versus an alternative that advocates for solid, long-term relationships. It is the decision of the American citizenry to choose their model, but we consider the marginalization of Democratic Union members to be unacceptable.

It is paradoxical that the community of this party is disrespected when a large part of the current US government does not have real ancestry in that country (players from Libya, Somalia, Romania, or even Hispanic countries or parts of the world.). It is highly probable that if the developers add their countries of origin to the game, these rulers will abandon the United States. Those who will truly remain to sustain and keep building the nation are the members of the Democratic Union.

☢️ Resolution of the Diplomatic Incident with the United States

As is public knowledge, our capital, Mexico City, recently suffered a tactical weapon attack (Nuke) by United States forces, resulting in the destruction of two key infrastructures.

After an intense day of negotiations and thanks to the diplomatic intervention of our allies, we have reached a peaceful resolution. We thank the United States for reimbursing the cost of these buildings (20 Gold) and, above all, we express our deep gratitude to our allies for their vital support in resolving this conflict through dialogue.

The funds will be allocated to the reconstruction of the affected infrastructures.

📊 NATIONAL ECONOMY

Infrastructure Development 🏗️

In an effort to strengthen our internal economy and national security, the Government has decided to implement a subsidy for Mexican companies that support the country's infrastructure development through resource donations.

The purpose of this measure is to redirect the flow of resources from NPCs directly toward the development and improvement of Mexican provinces through the construction of farms, industrial districts, hospitals, and military bases. This initiative will allow us to accelerate the country's growth and translate effort into national infrastructure.

Economic & Monetary Policy 📈

The government is implementing the following guidelines regarding the domestic, labor, and financial markets:

Monetary Market

There will be no additional printing of national currency in the short term. There is currently no market movement large enough to justify further printing without risking inflation. The government will maintain exchange rates at 0.11 Gold for foreigners and 0.10 Gold for nationals. This ensures the currency remains stable at a value of approximately 1 Gold = $10 MXN, as seen in recent months. Daily currency sales will be slightly reduced but remain sufficient for foreigners needing to make purchases or pay wages within Mexico.

Labor Market

Any investor placing companies within Mexico must adhere to our wage standards. The minimum expected pay for NPCs and new players is $15 MXN. This translates to roughly 1.5 - 1.65 Gold, which is a fair and competitive average globally. Minimum wage will remain the same.

Domestic Market

Our domestic market will continue to favor Mexican citizens with low taxes. If a foreigner is granted access to a Mexican holding, they are expected to use it responsibly. Any malicious use detected that aims to destabilize our economy or hinder the growth of our citizens will result in a forced exit (extradition) from the country if an agreement cannot be reached.

The internal policies and economic measures detailed in this article are to be considered effective immediately and will remain in place for the remainder of the month. Furthermore, our strategic roadmap intends for these guidelines to be applied consistently over the short to medium term (3 to 6 months).
