Description

Golden Bird

They pose as an investment company, suggesting that they will reinvest gold into different stock companies and other assets. The functions to verify this are not available so invest with great caution. The CEO also currently owns over 90% of shares which could be a concern if the assets don't match the price of the shares.

Kyozan Heavy Industries

Description

No dividends planned in the short term - capital raised will be reinvested

They are promising to reinvest capital raised, but considering the CEO is the owner of the shares and not the company, this is not guaranteed.

EDIT: CEO mentions having an additional 60g in assets improving the asset to share price ratio to roughly 1:5.71 (Terrible). CEO reiterates plans of further personal investment. CEO shows willingness to communicate with transparency which is a good sign.

We interviewed with Calheta the CEO. PTC is aiming to create a community within their holding with active workers and contributions. This makes it hard to evaluate the company. If interested, I recommend contacting Calheta directly to negotiate a deal and not buy over market.
