A breakdown of the Atlas Holding Group #4 - Big News!

I'm Misaka, and in today’s article, we’ll cover what the Atlas Holding Group has been up to recently and introduce a new addition to our conglomerate. This article will be split into two parts, with each section dedicated to one of our holdings.

First, let’s talk about our newest addition, Golden Bird!

Initially conceived by Yelus as a diversified investment portfolio, Golden Bird has now joined the Atlas Conglomerate. Yelus recently announced that he’s stepping back from his leadership role, stating:

As Yelus also serves on the directors board of the Atlas Holding Group, he made the decision to entrust Golden Bird to us. So, what does this mean for Golden Bird shareholders?

Firstly, while Golden Bird has been a highly successful investment portfolio with strong returns in gold, the Atlas Holding Group plans to expand its scope by adding a few companies to the portfolio—ones that may not fit within the core structure of Atlas Holding Group.

This expansion plan includes raising gold to fund multiple new facilities. Planned additions include a Q5 Titanium Mine, a Q5 Oil Well, a Q3+ Airline Company, and a Q3 Aircraft Manufacturing Plant. While these changes may mean an initial reduction in dividends, our goal is to secure a strong foundation for sustainable growth, ultimately benefiting all shareholders. Additionally, Yelus’s shares will remain with him, allowing him to retain his gold while continuing to support shareholders. If possible, we would love to expand upon the investment business as well and buy more shares of other holdings in the future to ensure that our shareholders have not bought Golden Bird shares in vain.

To ensure a smooth transition, I’ve also deposited approximately 70 gold into Golden Bird's bank to help maintain financial stability for Golden Bird as we move forward.

Well, then, let's talk about what happened at Atlas!

The Atlas Holding Group has successfully issued its first dividends, totaling 49 gold. Going forward, dividends will be paid weekly at 50 gold. This means each share currently generates 0.0982g in dividends. We will monitor the dividends closely and may adjust them after informing the shareholders.

Lastly, due to upcoming exams and the huge amount of time it takes to write an article, I’ll be adjusting the publishing schedule of this Newspaper. Instead of biweekly releases, the Atlas Newspaper will now publish every Tuesday until further notice.
