Isn't 2.0 just a complete UI refresh? Or did I miss something? Will it solve any of the actual gameplay issues the game has, or shake things up enough for the community to stop making these huge "defensive-pacts definitely-not-alliances"? Does it adjust nukes at all so they are useful for retaliation strikes and MAD rather than being a first strike option that gives the side that moves first in a conflict a huge advantage?

Did you saw baker stats? They maybe are 3 countries but man...
Also, in last war they showed that when shit hits the fan, they raise the dead so statistic is meaningless and their article is just a nice propaganda trying to make them look weaker than they are
