It is a defensive alliance that defends the members and their independence and does not have offensive experience and an economic alliance 

Positive intervention in solving the global or internal crises of the organization

Entering wars or participating in global crises with the approval of 66% of the members of the Council, Provided that the two leaders agree

The basic condition for membership is 

• 1- neutrality
• 2- Respect the policy of all member states and respect their sovereignty in their territories
• 3- The country should be independent and enjoy self-sovereignty

There are elections for the leadership of the alliance. Every month, two candidates with a majority win, the president and the other the assistant.
