GRINGOTTS INC: 4º REPORT

Hello again everyone, here we bring you a new report from Gringotts Inc.

• Number of current shares: 600.
• Number of shareholders: 5.
• Dividends paid:  5 dividends paid, with a total of 195 gold.

Since last report, we have continued to distribute dividends, maintaining our commitment to pay dividends every 2 weekends. In the last month, we have distributed 100 Golds in dividends.

Additionally, we have continued improving our companies, we have increased our raw materials production with the upgrade of our weapons raw materials plant to Q5 and have increased our storage capacity. In the last month, we have invested 220 Golds on company's improvement.

We currently have:

• 1 Q4 Weapons Factory.
• 1 Q5 weapons raw materials factory.  
• 1 Q3 food factory.
• 1 Q3 food raw materials factory.

In the previous report we announced a possible sell of a new package of 200 shares (25% of the company). We have decided to stop this capital increase for the moment, until the game updates on the relocation of companies are finalized. 

At Gringotts Inc we study in detail the new investment lines, maximizing the benefit of our shareholders.

Company policy:

1. Dividends will be distributed every 2 weeks of between 40-60% of the profits generated during that period. The rest of the profits will be reinvested in the company, with the aim of improving production.
2. A newsletter will be published every 2 weeks, updating news about the company.
