Good evening, we are here with some members of the two most influential parties in Brazil. Today we are with the former vice CP of Brazil Kayo (also known as "General Kayo" because he is the leader of the Brazilian MU) and one of the leaders of the National Republican Alliance party.
Interview
Journalist: "1st question: A very controversial question, but also very important. What is the position you prefer for Brazil in relation to the allies and the wars? Can you clarify more things beyond that if you need, feel free:"
Kayo: The National Republican Alliance defends a neutral position. But what does being neutral mean? Neutrality is fundamentally having a good relationship with most/all nations in the game.
The cost of remaining in a war is very high. Neutrality provides the development of our players through medals (like BH and Bob), daily tasks, etc.
Journalist: "2nd: Now, regarding the market, do you prefer a completely free domestic market without any type of regulation or organization, with foreigners being able to dominate the market, or do you prefer some regulatory body, to keep the market organized with salary regularization, subsidies for national companies, etc?"
Kayo: "We defend the free market. Our greatest efforts are in developing our players. Our future depends on the entry of new players and the support they receive from the government, community and MU. In addition, we need to preserve our current players, who have fought for a fairer and more developed country."
Regulating the market is a mistake. Just like in real life, the market naturally self-regulates through competitiveness and supply and demand. Salary regulation only benefits the entrepreneur, who leaves the employee's salary stagnant, while his production grows. What we currently see in the Brazilian scenario is the regulation of Brazilians' salaries, but the sale of items to other nations. In other words, they are concerned with paying our community and players LESS, to produce and sell to OTHER nations.
I have not found any country in the world that adopts this system. On the contrary, what we see are players saying that salary regulation makes no sense at all, since the value of the salary is insignificant for calculating the final price, compared to the value of the raw materials used in production. Either we are the only country that understands how the market should work, or it really makes no sense at all.
We do not want this scenario, it is not fair to our community. We want more competitiveness, and we want to focus on the national market. We will work on this point in the coming weeks, so that our players can benefit from fairer, more competitive prices and, most importantly, have a constant flow of products available on the market.
We also believe that government action is important. We understand that, since this is a game focused on wars, it is essential that we have a national war budget, investing in subsidized weapons and food supplies for the population. But, for this to happen, our businesspeople need to stop focusing TOTALLY on PROFIT, PROFIT, PROFIT, and start thinking of our country as a community.
As a famous English phrase would say: Together we stand. Divided we fall".
Conclusion
Foreign Policy:
Strategic Neutrality: The party defends a position of ideal neutrality, which seeks to maintain good relations with most or all nations, but recognizes that, currently, this is far from the case. Despite the neutral ideal, they reaffirm that if they are in an alliance they will be faithful to the end.
Focus on development during the country's time: They emphasize that neutrality facilitates the progress of the community, allowing players to perform activities such as daily tasks and win medals.
Economic Policy:
Defense of the free market: They believe that the market should function without government regulation, trusting in self-regulation based on competitiveness and supply and demand. They criticize any attempt to regulate wages, arguing that this only benefits businessmen, while harming players and the community.
Criticism of the Brazilian Trade Organization: They disapprove of the practice of regulating wages while products are sold to other nations, which, according to them, penalizes the local community. They argue that wage regulation does not significantly impact the final price of items and is therefore ineffective.
Incentive to the domestic market: They want more competitiveness, fair prices and a constant flow of products into the domestic market to directly benefit the Brazilian community.
General Ideology:
Community Over Profit: They argue that businesspeople and the government should prioritize strengthening Brazil as a community, rather than focusing exclusively on profit. They propose the use of national resources to subsidize weapons and food, strengthening the population in a game centered on conflicts. In short, Liberal Right.
Phrase that sums up the party:
"Together we stand, divided we fall."
The party promotes an ideal of community unity and collaboration, rejecting practices that they see as harmful to the collective, while seeking a free and competitive market allied with a government that supports military and social needs.
Main Differences Between the Two Parties
Economy:
New Era: Defends a more regulated and protectionist economy, with subsidies for strategic sectors and price controls (e.g.: price controls on weapons and bread). Argues that these measures helped raise Brazil in the global ranking of purchasing power.
National Republican Alliance: Pro-free market and believes that the economy should self-regulate. Rejects wage regulation and criticizes the practice of selling Brazilian products abroad while keeping workers with low wages.
Main Difference: New Era defends state intervention in the market to strengthen the national economy, while the National Republican Alliance believes that the market should be free and self-regulated by competitiveness.
The Government's Role in the Economy
New Era: The government actively participates in the economy, subsidizing essential products and services to ensure national growth.
National Republican Alliance: The government should focus on subsidizing only strategic sectors, such as weapons and food for the population, but should not interfere in the general regulation of the economy.
Main Difference: The New Era has a more interventionist view, while the National Republican Alliance advocates a more liberal approach, with minimal intervention.
View of Community and National Development
New Era: Prioritizes the national economy and internal strengthening, betting on policies that favor Brazilian companies and workers.
National Republican Alliance: Emphasizes community over profit, criticizing businessmen who focus only on personal profit without thinking about the country as a whole.
Main Difference: Both parties want to strengthen Brazil, but the New Era focuses on a regulated economy and protectionism, while the National Republican Alliance advocates a free market with a sense of collectivity and economic justice.
General Ideology
New era: Nationalist and protectionist right, with state intervention in the economy to strengthen the country. Economic nationalism and protectionism
National Republican Alliance: Liberal right with a community bias, defending a free market, but with social responsibility to strengthen the population. Economic liberalism with a focus on the well-being of the community.
So that's it, folks. I hope you read the main differences and consciously choose the party that is in line with your ideals. One party is Conservative and nationalist, the other is Liberal.
