Konec poti / End of the road

Pozdravljeni, najavljam konec svoje poti v Sloveniji. To sporočilo je primarno namenjeno Slovencem.

Prvi mesec igre sem večino svojega časa naklonil diplomaciji med alijanso, s katero smo zmagali Beta server, in Slovenijo. Bilo je veliko nesoglasij, poskusil sem biti kar se da nevtralen, svoje mišljenje sem delil na fer in objektiven način in z eno in drugo stranjo, vselej sem bil tudi kritičen, ko sem ocenil, da je tako najbolje. Lahko rečem, da sem vložil maksimalen trud, ki pa je na koncu več kot očitno bil zaman. Krivico si v podobni meri delita obe strani, prevladala je sebičnost, občutek sem dobil, kot da sem igral med dvema ognjema. Ta mesec dni je bil poln lepih trenutkov, a tudi ogromno frustracij. Žalosti me, da nismo mogli najti skupnega jezika, da je Slovenija na koncu izbrala iti po svoji poti in se obrniti v objem nasprotnikov (predvsem tukaj mislim na Iran). Mogoče se tega še ne zavedate, a ta odločitev in vse ostale, ki so vodile do tega se vam bodo v prihodnje vrnile kot bumerang, v to ne dvomim. Ne se potem čudit.

Kar se mene osebno tiče, verjetno me ne bo nobeden kaj preveč pogrešal, saj sem bil zadnje čase več ali manj spregledan kar se tiče odločitev, ki smo jih kot država sprejemali. Nič od tega si ne jemljem kaj preveč k srcu, saj je na koncu koncev to zgolj igra. Upam, da tudi vi sprejmete to na podoben način.

Odločil sem se zapustiti Slovenijo in se pridružiti Švedski, kjer imam nekaj starih, dobrih prijateljev. Upam pa, da bom ostal v stiku z nekaterimi od vas (sami veste kdo ste).

Hello, I am announcing the end of my journey in Slovenia. This message is primarily intended for Slovenians.

For the first month of the game, I devoted most of my time towards diplomacy between the alliance with which we won the Beta server, and Slovenia. There were many disagreements, I tried to be as neutral as possible, I shared my opinion in a fair and objective way with both sides, I was also always critical when I deemed that to be the best way. I can say that I put in the maximum effort, but in the end it was more than obviously in vain. The guilt is equally shared by both sides, selfishness prevailed, I got the feeling as if I was playing between two fires. This month was full of beautiful moments, but also a lot of frustration. It saddens me that we could not find a common language, that in the end Slovenia chose to go its own way, in embrace of its opponents (I especially have Iran in mind here). Maybe you don't realize it yet, but this decision and all the others that led to it will come back to you like a boomerang in the future, I have no doubt about it. Don't be surprised then.

As far as I'm concerned, I probably won't be missed too much by anyone, because lately I've been more or less overlooked when it comes to the decisions we've made as a country. I don't take any of this too much to heart, because at the end of the day, it's just a game. I hope you take it in a similar way.

I decided to leave Slovenia and join Sweden, where I have some old, good friends. But I hope to stay in touch with some of you (you know who you are).
